The FG Series dryer operates through a two-stage drying process designed for efficiency and versatility:

Primary Drying (Positive Pressure Stage)

Raw material is pre-dried using a blended heat source composed of recycled exhaust air from the secondary drying stage and supplemental hot air. The high-temperature and low-humidity exhaust air is exhaust after primary drying. The semi-dried material go for secondary drying with fresh hot air under negative pressure. The final dried product is discharged for precision weighing and packaging.
