The wet material enters the drying chamber through the feed inlet. Under the action of vibration force, the material is fluidized and continuously conveyed forward along the horizontal fluidized bed. Hot air flows upward through the bed, exchanging heat with the wet material. The humid exhaust air is filtered by a cyclone separator, while the dried product is discharged from the discharge port.

Fluidized bed dryer, also known as fluidization drying, consists of air filter, heater, main fluidized bed chamber, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and control panel. Depending on the material properties, the dust collection system can be customized—either a cyclone separator, a bag filter, or both. For denser materials (e.g., granules and pellets), a cyclone separator suffices, while lighter powders require an additional bag filter. Optional feeding systems include pneumatic conveying or belt transport.
