The unit utilizes high-efficiency ceramic corrugated packing. The distillation column is made of stainless steel to prevent iron debris from clogging the packing, thereby extending the service life of the equipment. All alcohol-contact parts, including the condenser, pressure stabilizer tank, and cooling coil, are constructed from stainless steel to ensure the purity of the final product.

Fuel is combusted in the burner to produce high-temperature air. The heat from the high-temperature gas is then transferred to the heated air via a heat exchanger-equipped hot blast stove. After releasing its heat, the high-temperature gas cools down to 250°C before being discharged into the atmosphere.
