ZPL Spray Congealing Granulator

The solution, emulsion, suspension liquid or slurry are sprayed into fine beads in the hot air, Congealing Process Stages:
Pre-Cooling Stage
The molten material is cooled from the feeding temperature to its solidification point.
Solidification Stage
The liquid material completely solidifies. Temperature remains stable during this phase (near-isothermal conditions).
Cooling & Hardening Stage
The solidified product is further cooled to achieve final hardness.
