Enables single-step granulation of liquid materials.
The spray process is ideal for micro-excipients and heat-sensitive materials, offering 1–2 times higher efficiency compared to FL fluidized bed granulators.
High Performance & Precision. Final moisture content as low as 0.1% for some products.
Equipped with a powder recycling system, achieving ≥85% granulation yield. Produces granules in the range of 0.2–2mm.
Features an improved internal-mixing multi-fluid nozzle, capable of processing extracts with densities up to 1.3 g/cm³.
Scalable Production: The product line has been upgraded to PGL-150B, with a batch capacity of 500kg.
Compliance with GMP standards, the system enables continuous extract spray processing, enhances drying efficiency, and eliminates "dead bed" issues.
