The SZG Double Cone Vacuum Dryer is our factory’s next-generation drying equipment, incorporating advanced domestic technology. It features a belt-chain dual elastic coupling system, ensuring smooth and stable operation. The specially designed structure ensures excellent concentricity of the dual shafts, while the heating medium and vacuum systems utilize reliable mechanical seals or rotary joints with U.S. technology. Additionally, we developed the SZG-A model, which offers variable speed control and constant temperature regulation.
As a professional drying equipment manufacturer, our products support various heating media, including high-temperature thermal oil, medium-temperature steam, and low-temperature hot water. For sticky materials, we provide customized "lifting baffles" or ball-assisted mixing mechanisms inside the drum.
Working Principle
1. Heating: A thermal energy source (hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) circulates through the sealed jacket, transferring heat to the material via the inner wall.
2. Rotation: Driven by a motor, the drum rotates slowly, ensuring continuous mixing of the material for uniform drying.
3. Vacuum Drying: Under vacuum, the vapor pressure drops, allowing surface moisture (or solvent) to evaporate and be extracted by the vacuum pump. Internal moisture continuously migrates to the surface, evaporates, and is removed, achieving rapid drying.
Applicable Materials
Ideal for powders, granules, and fibrous materials in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food processing. Particularly suitable for:
Heat-sensitive, oxidizable, or volatile substances
Toxic or highly irritating materials
Bio-chemical products requiring low-temperature drying
Materials where crystal structure must be preserved
Hot air enters tangentially at the bottom of the dryer, forming a powerful rotating airflow field driven by the agitator. Paste material is fed via a screw conveyor, where high-speed rotating blades disperse it through impact, friction, and shear forces. Blocks material are instantly broken down for full heat exposure and rapid drying. Dehydrated particles ascend with the hot air stream, a classification ring retains oversized particles, qualified fine particles exit through the ring center, is collected via cyclone separator & dust collector, undried materials are centrifuged to the walls for re-crushing
