Working Principle
1. Efficient Heat Transfer System
○ Specially designed wedge-shaped hollow paddles provide high heat transfer efficiency with self-cleaning surfaces.
○ Heat transfer medium (steam/thermal oil/hot water from -40°C to 320°C) circulates through:
■ Jacketed vessel walls
■ Hollow agitator shafts (custom internal structures for different media)
■ Densely arranged wedge-shaped paddle interiors
○ 100% indirect conduction heating (no heat loss to carrier gas)
2. Unique Ω-Shaped Design
○ Horizontal vessel with 2-4 hollow shafts
○ Sealed end covers prevent material leakage
