1. Material Loading: Feed is evenly distributed onto a 12-60 mesh stainless steel conveyor belt, driven through drying chambers.
2. Modular Design: Consists of multiple independent units with dedicated hot air circulation. Partial exhaust is removed by dehumidification fans.
3. Airflow Options:
○ Cross-flow configuration (upward/downward) for optimal heat-mass transfer
○ Adjustable baffle system ensures uniform air distribution
4. Process Control:
○ Belt speed adjustable based on material moisture/temperature
