Unit Configuration
● W-Type: Available in five models (W-200 to W-600), each including a matched distillation column, distillation kettle, condenser, cooler, pressure stabilizer tank, and hydrometer.
○ W-200 and W-300: The distillation column is directly mounted on the kettle.
○ W-400, W-500, and W-600: The column and kettle are installed separately.
● ZW-Type: Available in two models (ZW-200 and ZW-300), each including a preheater, distillation column, condenser, cooler, pressure stabilizer tank, and hydrometer.
Auxiliary equipment and instruments (e.g., measuring tanks, storage tanks, transfer pumps, rotameters, temperature indicators) are to be provided by the user. Custom manufacturing or procurement assistance is available upon request.
● W-Type: Features a detachable U-shaped heating tube in the distillation kettle, allowing for easy removal during maintenance to clean both the outer surface of the heating tube and the inner wall of the kettle.
● ZW-Type: Omits the indirect heating distillation kettle. The condenser employs a shell-and-tube heat exchanger (spiral plate heat exchangers are available upon request). The cooler uses a coil-type design and comes with a pressure stabilizer tank and hydrometer.
