Product Overview
Vacuum drying refers to the process of heating and drying materials under vacuum conditions. If a vacuum pump is used to extract air and moisture, the drying rate will be accelerated.
It belongs to a static vacuum dryer, so the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.
Product Features & Advantages
- Energy Saving: Under vacuum, the boiling point of the material solution decreases, increasing the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator. Therefore, for a certain heat transfer capacity, the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved.
- Flexible Heat Sources: The heat source for evaporation operation can adopt low-pressure steam, waste heat steam, or hot water.
- Low Heat Loss: The heat loss of the evaporator is extremely low during operation.
- GMP Compliance: Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying. No impurities are mixed in during the drying process, fully meeting GMP requirements.
- Material Protection: Ideal for static drying, ensuring the physical shape and structure of the dried material are not damaged or altered.
- Condenser Flexibility: If a condenser is adopted, the solvent in the material can be recovered. If the SK series water ring vacuum pump is adopted, a condenser is not necessary, thus saving energy investment.
- Multi-Material Drying: Functions efficiently for the deep drying of powdery, granular, and lumpy materials.
