Product Overview

Vacuum drying is a low-temperature drying process that heats materials under negative pressure. By evacuating air and water vapor via a vacuum pump, the boiling point of moisture is lowered to drastically boost drying efficiency.

As a static vacuum dryer, the unit keeps materials stationary throughout the process, eliminating deformation or damage to the finished product’s physical form.

• Energy Saving: Vacuum environment lowers the boiling point of material liquids and enhances the heat transfer driving force for evaporation. Under fixed heat load requirements, this design effectively reduces the required evaporator heat transfer area to cut energy consumption.
• Flexible Heat Sources: The heat source for evaporation operation can adopt low-pressure steam, waste heat steam, or hot water.
• Low Heat Loss: The heat loss of the evaporator is extremely low during operation.
• GMP Compliance: Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying. No impurities are mixed in during the drying process, fully meeting GMP requirements.
• Material Protection: Ideal for static drying, ensuring the physical shape and structure of the dried material are not damaged or altered.
• Condenser Flexibility: If a condenser is adopted, the solvent in the material can be recovered. If the SK series water ring vacuum pump is adopted, a condenser is not necessary, thus saving energy investment.
• Multi-Material Drying: Functions efficiently for the deep drying of powdery, granular, and lumpy materials.
