Product Overview
We independently design and produce a full range of drying equipment, which can be divided into spray drying towers and vibrating fluidized bed systems. For spray drying towers, we provide two classic types: centrifugal spray dryers and pressure spray dryers with different atomization forms.
They can be matched with vibrating fluidized beds and cooling beds for integrated continuous production. Widely applicable across diverse industries, the machine features stable operation, easy parameter control, and superior product quality ahead of other domestic equivalent equipment.

- High-Efficiency Drying Technology: It represents an advanced high-output industrial drying technique, available in three mainstream types: pressure atomization, centrifugal atomization and airflow atomization.
- Ultra-Fast Moisture Removal: Solutions, emulsions, suspensions and slurries are atomized into micro droplets, enabling 95%–98% water evaporation within merely 5 to 40 seconds.
- Heat-Sensitive Material Friendly: Low droplet temperature during the drying process makes it perfectly suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
- High-Quality Finished Granules: Hollow spherical porous particles feature remarkable dispersibility, smooth fluidity and fast dissolution performance.
- Optimized Manufacturing Route: Secondary crushing and screening procedures are eliminated for most products, significantly cutting production cycles.
- Adjustable Parameters: Particle size, bulk density, and moisture content can be adjusted by changing operating parameters within a certain range.
- Flexible Structural Integration: Consists of a feeding system, hot air system, tower body, exhaust system, fine powder agglomeration, vibrating fluidized bed, vibrating powder conveying, air pressure system, and electrical control system.
- Eco-Friendly Operation: Can be equipped with a specialized dust collection system according to specific products to prevent air pollution and improve the workshop environment.
