JW Series GMP Standard Integrated Extrusion Spheronizer for 0.5–3.5mm Custom Pellet Production

The JW Series Extrusion Strip Spheronization Machine processes powder and binder through wet-mixing, extrusion into strips, and centrifugal spheronization to produce high-quality pellets. During spheronization, dry powder can be sprinkled to minimize pellet sticking. The resulting pellets feature dense surfaces, uniform particle size, and high true sphericity, making them ideal for subsequent coating processes.

Available in various finished pellet sizes and multiple models ranging from mini lab types to large-scale production units. We select the appropriate model based on product characteristics and customer requirements. Additional systems including secondary drying, coating, powder conveying, and pellet sieving can be integrated based on specific needs.
