The wet granular or powdery materials are put into the raw material container. Hot air enters through the bottom of the container to fluidize the materials. Moisture evaporates rapidly under full contact between materials and hot air. Dry finished materials can be discharged after drying process. Various filter materials are equipped inside the equipment to capture fine powder. We select appropriate filter elements according to product characteristics and customer requirements.

Depending on product features and requirements, we can install material feeding system, discharging system, dust recovery system and heat control systems after the fluidized bed dryer.
