QXL Swirl-Flow Fluidized Bed Granulator and Coater, GMP Compliant for Pharmaceutical, Food, Feed and Chemical Industries

The QXL turbojet fluidized bed granulation and coating machine adopts blade-type fluidized bed structure. The blades are set at an angle. Airflow passes through gaps between blades to form strong swirling circulating air flow, driving materials to move in an ordered vortex state. Meanwhile, pneumatic nozzles mounted on side walls spray adhesive or coating liquid into swirling material layer, so powder materials can be made into granules or get continuous and uniform coating film.

This machine is widely applied in powder granulation, film coating, sustained-release and controlled-release coating for powder, granules and pellets. It also meets various material requirements for odor masking, moisture-proofing, water-proofing, heat insulation and isolation.

Various finished particle parameters are adjustable according to product characteristics and customer requirements. We can configure auxiliary systems such as material feeding, solvent recovery and powder sieving as per production needs.
