Product Overview
The LDH Horizontal Plow Mixer is a high-efficiency three-dimensional powder blending equipment independently developed by our factory. Driven by the main plow shaft with auxiliary high-speed flying choppers, the machine creates turbulent material circulation inside the horizontal cylinder.This mixer achieves homogeneous solid-solid powder blending as well as solid-liquid spray mixing with virtually no dead mixing zones. Featuring a high filling ratio and space-saving horizontal layout, it is extensively deployed for batch powder homogenization across the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and construction sectors. A jacketed cylinder can be optionally fitted to integrate heating, cooling and drying functions within a single unit.
