Product Overview
XF horizontal fluidized bed dryer is assembled with air filter, heat exchanger, horizontal fluidized bed main unit, cyclone separator, bag dust collector and high-pressure induced draft fan. Dust removal assemblies are customizable based on material properties. For heavy instant granules, the cyclone separator can work independently; for lightweight fine powder and tiny particles, the combined cyclone & bag filter system can be paired with pneumatic or belt conveyor feeding modules.
Granular solid raw materials are fed into the dryer by feeder. Clean hot air after filtration and heating enters the bottom of fluidized bed, contacts with materials through distribution plate to form fluidization state and complete heat & mass transfer. Dry finished materials are discharged from the discharge port. Exhaust gas discharged from the top of the dryer is recycled for powder materials via cyclone separator and bag filter, then exhausted to atmosphere.
Steam, electric and hot blast stove heating modes are all optional based on customer demands. It applies to drying of granular & pelleted materials including pharmaceutical API, tablet granules, TCM granules, plastic resin, citric acid and other powder/granular chemical raw materials; also widely used in food beverage additives, grain deep processing, corn germ, feed and other industries. The maximum particle size of processable material is 6mm, optimal processing particle range is 0.5-3mm. The machine supports fully automatic continuous drying production.
