BZJ Series Centrifugal Coating Granulator
Solutions, suspensions and slurries are atomized and sprayed uniformly onto rolling core pellets inside the centrifugal fluid bed chamber.
This all-in-one machine combines lifting, granulation and coating processes in one compact unit, delivering precise layered treatment and efficient drying to produce premium uniform pharmaceutical pellets.
IIt delivers rapid granulation, perfectly spherical pellets with uniform particle size, high finished product yield, minimal agglomeration, and superior raw material utilization efficiency.
The complete set consists of a centrifugal main body, powder feeding device, intelligent electric control cabinet, air blower unit, air heating system, dust collection device and matching auxiliary components.
