LHY Series Horizontal Ribbon Mixer
This unit consists of a mixing tank, spiral ribbon agitators and drive assemblies.
The spiral ribbon agitators are generally available in double‑helix or triple‑helix configurations.
The outer ribbon conveys material inward from both ends of the tank, whereas the inner ribbon propels material outward toward both sides, creating effective convective blending.
A circular jacket can be integrated into the tank design to accommodate reaction and drying processes.
1.Features a high volumetric loading factor, greatly boosting mixing efficiency and throughput.
2.Adopts an integrated compact layout with a small footprint to minimize workshop space occupancy.
3.Equipped with a dual inner-and-outer spiral ribbon structure that enables bidirectional material circulation, delivering homogeneous mixing with minimal dead zones.
4. Main contact‑parts adopt stainless‑steel material, corrosion‑resistant, easy to clean, meet food and pharmaceutical sanitary standards.
5. Stable running performance, low‑noise operation, low wear‑and‑tear, long‑term service life.
6. Flexible structure with optional jacket‑type tank body, can complete heating, cooling and drying processes inside one machine.
