LHY Series Horizontal Ribbon Mixer with Double-Helix Spiral Ribbon, Stainless-Steel Construction, and High Volumetric Loading Factor
This industrial mixing unit consists of a mixing tank, spiral ribbon agitators, and drive assemblies designed for efficient material processing.
The spiral ribbon agitators are available in double-helix or triple-helix configurations. The outer ribbon conveys material inward from both ends of the tank, while the inner ribbon propels material outward toward both sides, creating fast, full-coverage convective blending with zero dead zones.
A circular jacket can be integrated into the tank design to accommodate high-efficiency reaction and drying processes.
